Zenith, an indie adventure role-playing game developed by BadLand Games, has today made its way onto the Xbox Store. The adventure Role Playing Game (RPG) hits the store with a goal to bring back the golden era of Role-Playing Games by mixing humour and parody with the traditional elements of the genre. Zany characters, an eccentric world, and plenty of standard RPG tropes all centre around the game’s main character, Argus Windell. An ageing and apathetic former wizard, Windell just wants some downtime - but he is not going to get it.
Zenith clearly is not taking itself too seriously, either. Aside from the individuality of the game itself, the developers have gone out of their way to market the game in as entertaining a way as possible - just check out these glowing reviews!
You can pick up the game right now from the Xbox Store for $19.99 USD, or $26.95 AUD for our friends down under.
Will the indie development arena be the catalyst behind a reimagining of the Role-Playing Game genre?
